NeoGig

Placement Terms

Last updated: September 24, 2026

These terms apply when you buy a NeoGig appointment setter placement, either through our online checkout or through a signed Statement of Work (SOW). If you have a signed SOW and it differs from these terms, the SOW takes priority.

In these terms, "NeoGig," "we," and "us" mean NeoGig LLC, a Utah limited liability company. "You" means the person or business buying the placement.

What you're buying

A placement is a one-time search service. We find, interview, and introduce appointment setters or cold callers from the Philippines who match the role we agree on with you. You choose who to hire.

We offer two options:

Direct placement

$1,500 USDone time

Sourcing, vetting, finalist introductions, help making the hire, and the 30-day placement guarantee in Section 5.

The placement fee covers the search only. It does not include your setter's pay, leads, calling software, scripts, training, or management.

The role we search for

Before we start, we confirm the role with you: the type of calls, weekly hours, your calling window and time zone, the tools you use, and the experience level you need. We record this in your SOW or confirm it by email after checkout. That confirmed description is your role criteria.

Placements cover early-career to experienced appointment setters and cold callers with an expected rate of $7–$10 per hour. Senior ISA roles or roles above this range are outside these terms unless we agree to them in writing.

Payment

  • The fee is paid in full, up front, in US dollars.
  • You can pay online by card or by invoice (card or ACH). We don't add a processing fee.
  • The search starts when payment clears and we have your role details.

What counts as a placement

A placement happens when a candidate we introduced accepts your offer to work for you.

Our 30-day placement guarantee

We aim to send you a shortlist within five business days of payment and to complete your placement within 30 days of payment.

If no placement happens within 30 days, we'll run a new search for the same role at no additional fee, if you'd like us to. The placement fee is not refunded once your first shortlist has been sent (see Section 7).

The 30-day timeline depends on you:

  • Sharing your role details within 3 business days of payment
  • Replying to shortlists and scheduling interviews within 3 business days of receiving them
  • Making a hiring decision within 3 business days after your final interviews
  • Keeping the role criteria the same during the search

If you change the role criteria after the search begins, the 30-day period restarts from the date we confirm the change. Delays on your side extend the 30-day period by the same number of days.

Replacement coverage

This applies only to the Placement with replacement coverage option.

If your hire leaves, or you decide they aren't a fit, within 60 days of their first working day, we'll run one replacement search at no additional fee.

  • Tell us within 5 business days of the hire leaving or being let go.
  • The replacement search uses the same role criteria. If you want to change the role, we'll discuss that separately.
  • Replacement coverage is a new search, not a refund.
  • Coverage doesn't apply if the hire leaves because you changed their pay, hours, or role from what was agreed, or didn't pay them as agreed.
  • Coverage is used once. It doesn't renew for the replacement hire.

Direct placement does not include a replacement.

Refunds and cancellation

Full refund

Before we send your first shortlist

You can cancel for a full refund. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Non-refundable

After we send your first shortlist

The placement fee is non-refundable. If you're not happy with the candidates or no placement happens, we'll run a new search for the same role at no additional fee, if you'd like us to.

If you have a concern about your placement, please contact us before filing a payment dispute with your bank. Most issues can be fixed faster directly.

Hiring someone we introduced

The placement fee covers any candidate we introduce to you. If you hire, or engage through another company, a candidate we introduced within 12 months of their introduction without buying a placement, the Direct placement fee applies.

Your setter works for you

  • You hire, train, direct, and pay your setter directly. NeoGig is not their employer and does not manage their work.
  • You decide their pay, hours, and working arrangement, and you're responsible for how you engage them, including contracts and any tax or employment obligations.
  • Your setter's performance depends on your leads, scripts, tools, and management. We don't guarantee any number of calls, appointments, listings, or sales.

Calling compliance and licensing

You're responsible for your calling campaign, including:

  • Do Not Call (DNC) list scrubbing and all federal and state calling and texting rules
  • Making sure your setter's activities fit your state's real estate licensing rules and your brokerage's policies
  • The lead lists, scripts, and consents your setter works from

Candidate information

We share candidate information, such as résumés and interview notes, only to help you make a hiring decision. Please keep it private and don't share it outside your hiring process.

Limits on our liability

We work hard to introduce strong candidates, but we can't guarantee how any person will perform after you hire them. Our total liability for any placement is limited to the placement fee you paid for it.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in effect on the date you pay is the one that applies to your placement.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah.
