  5. Step 5: Interview and hire

    You choose your setter, then hire, train, direct, and pay them.

Frequently asked questions

Can my setter work US hours?
Yes. Every candidate we introduce has confirmed they can work your calling window, and we check their night-shift experience and home setup during screening. Tell us your time zone and hours during intake.
How do I pay my setter?
You pay them directly, usually weekly or every two weeks. Common options include Wise, Payoneer, and PayPal. We can walk you through the setup during the call.
Do you provide the leads and calling software?
No. The placement covers finding and vetting your setter. You provide the lead list, calling tools, and campaign. We'll talk through what your setter needs during intake.
What if none of the candidates are a fit?
Tell us why, and we'll run a new search for the same role at no additional fee. You can cancel for a full refund any time before we send your first shortlist. After that, the fee isn't refundable, but we keep searching until you find the right person. See our Placement Terms
Does my setter need a real estate license?
Rules vary by state. In general, setting appointments is treated differently from discussing price, terms, or property details. Check your state's rules and your brokerage's policy, and script your setter to stay within them.
Who handles DNC and calling compliance?
You do, as the business running the campaign. That includes scrubbing your lists and following the calling rules that apply where you operate. Your setter works from the lists and scripts you provide.
What if I want someone to manage calling for me?
Tell us about the campaign. NeoGig also runs calling programs, and we can talk about a separate managed service if that fits better.
